目的:探讨脑卒中后偏瘫患者需床上排便时便盆放置的方法.方法:将72例脑卒中偏瘫需在床上排便的清醒合作患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用康复双桥运动训练技术方法为卧床者排便放置便盆,对照组采用传统的由操作者抱起患者双侧大腿使患者臀部抬离床面后放置便盆的方法;观察记录两组患者的舒适度、操作者的费力程度及一次放置便盆成功率的差异.结果:观察组操作者费力程度低于对照组,患者感觉舒适度、便盆一次放置成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用康复双桥运动训练方法为在床上排便患者放置便盆,可减轻操作者的费力程度,提高患者感觉舒适度及一次放置便盆成功率.

Objective:To investigate the placement of the potty for post-stroke hemiplegia patients who need bed defecating. Meth-ods:Randomly divided 72 cases of patients into observation group and control group, the observation group used the training tech-nology of rehabilitation of double bridge motion to place the potty for the bed defecating patients, while the control group used the traditional method that placing the potty after picking up the bilateral thigh by operators to make patients’buttocks lift up from the bed;observed and recorded the differences of comfort level, exertion of operators and one-off success rate of placing potty. Results:The exertion of operators in observation group was lower than control group, while the comfort level and one-off success rate of placing potty were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using the rehabilitation training of double bridge motion in the placement of potty for bed defecating patients can reduce the exertion of operators, increase the comfort level and one-off success rate of placing potty.
