目的:探讨直肠黏膜硬化注射内固定术在治疗环状混合痔的效果.方法:56例环状混合痔患者均进行直肠黏膜硬化注射内固定手术.结果:经治疗后,患者的治疗效果良好,随访1年无复发或并发症发生.结论:对患有环状混合痔的患者使用直肠黏膜硬化注射内固定术进行治疗,能取得良好的治疗效果,值得推广.

목적:탐토직장점막경화주사내고정술재치료배상혼합치적효과.방법:56례배상혼합치환자균진행직장점막경화주사내고정수술.결과:경치료후,환자적치료효과량호,수방1년무복발혹병발증발생.결론:대환유배상혼합치적환자사용직장점막경화주사내고정술진행치료,능취득량호적치료효과,치득추엄.
@@@@Objective:To investigate the effects of rectal mucosa sclerosis with injection and internal fixation treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:56 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids all received injection and internal fixation of rec-tal mucosa sclerosis. Results:There were good therapeutic effects and follow-up of 1 year without recurrence or complications after the treatment. Conclusion:Rectal mucosa sclerosis with injection and internal fixation treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids can obtain favourable therapeutic effects, being worthy of promotion.
