目的:观察针刺联合神经功能重建治疗仪对缺血性脑卒中急性期偏瘫的疗效.方法:对100例缺血性脑卒中急性期偏瘫患者在进行常规治疗的基础上分为对照组和治疗组,对照组使用针灸治疗,治疗组采用针灸治疗联合神经功能重建.结果:治疗后两组的肌力、肢体活动能力和日常生活活动能力均有改善,但治疗组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:偏瘫患者在进行常规治疗的基础上,急性期使用针灸联合神经功能重建治疗仪治疗,能够改善患者脑血管病后偏瘫肢体的肌电活动,提高患侧肢体肌力,改善日常生活能力.

Objective:To observe the efficacy of treating acute ischemic stroke hemiplegia by acupuncture combined with nerve func-tion reconstruction instrument. Methods:100 cases of acute ischemic stroke hemiplegia patients were divided into control group and treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy, the control group treated by acupuncture, while the treatment group by acu-puncture combined with nerve function reconstruction. Results:The muscle strength, physical activity capacity and activities of dai-ly living of two groups were all improved after the treatment, but the improvement extent of treatment group was better than the con-trol group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating acute ischemic stroke hemiplegia patients by acupuncture combined with nerve function reconstruction instrument on the basis of conventional therapy can improve the limbs’EMG activity, muscle strength and daily liv-ing activities of patients.
