针刀疗法是在立体解剖、精细解剖、动态解剖知识的指导下,将针刺疗法的针和手术疗法的刀融为一体来治疗多种疾病的方法.文章通过介绍小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机理、“扳机点”的临床特性、“扳机点”上运用针刀疗法产生临床疗效的作用机理,阐明了在“扳机点”上运用小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的合理及有效性,为本疗法的应用推广提供了理论参考.

Acupotomy therapy combined the needle of acupuncture and scalpel of operation therapy to treat various diseases under the guidance of stereoscopic anatomy, fine anatomy and dynamic anatomy knowledge. This paper clarifies reasonable and effective usage of acupotomy treating lumbar disc herniation at trigger point, based on the action mechanism of lumbar disc herniation treated with acupotomy, clinical characteristics of trigger point, action mechanism of clinical efficacy on trigger points with the use of acu-potomy therapy, which provides the theory reference for the application of this therapy.
