目的:观察神经肌肉关节促进法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将86例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用神经肌肉关节促进法治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果:观察组总有效率88.37%,对照组总有效率69.77%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用神经肌肉关节促进法治疗能提高神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of neuromuscular joint promotion method in the treatment of cervica spondylot-ic radiculopathy. Methods: 86 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group received the conventional treatment, the observation group adopted method of neuromus-cular joint promotion based on conventional treatment, clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate was 88.37%in observation group and 69.77%in control group, the rate of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Method of neuromuscular joint promotion can improve therapeutic effects of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
