在医院的众多科室中,产科相对特殊,特别是由于婴儿或产妇自身原因,在新生儿分娩后转至监护病房,对母婴实施分离,从而对产妇身心均造成了严重影响,易因产妇及家属对医院做法不理解,或一些细节未处理妥当而引发医患纠纷,从而危害到患者利益及医院、社会效益.通过护理干预的实施,可使产妇焦虑情绪得以缓解,使乳房肿胀发生率明显降低,提高母乳喂养成功率,并有效预防产后出血、感染等并发症的发生,利于和谐护患关系的维护,增强患者对护理工作的满意度,为母婴生命安全及生存质量提供强而有力的保障.

Obstetrics department is relatively special among many departments of hospital, especially for infantile or maternity own reason, newborns are transferred to the care unit after delivery, the maternal separation is bad for parturients, it is easy to cause medi-cal disputes because parturients and their families do not understand medical practices, or some details were not addressed properly, which harms patients’interests and benefits of society and hospital. Implementing nursing intervention can alleviate the anxiety of parturients, significantly decrease the rate of breast swelling, increase the success rate of breast feeding, and effectively prevent the complications of postpartum hemorrhage, infection, ect. It is conducive to maintain harmonious relationship between nurses and pa-tients, enhance patients’satisfaction for nursing work, and provide strong guarantee for the life safety and quality of life of maters and infants.
