目的:探讨综合保守治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理方法.方法:采用回顾性分析方法总结100例急性期腰椎间盘突出症住院患者的临床疗效及护理经验.结果:痊愈21例,显效42例,有效31例,无效6例,总有效率94.0%.结论:根据实际情况,制定一套完整、系统的综合保守治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的护理方案,有利于提高治疗效果及康复水平.

Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing method of conservative treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Using a retrospective analysis method, summarize 100 cases of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation inpatient clinical curative effect and the nursing experience. Results:21 cases were cured, 42 were powerfully effective, 31 were valid, and 6 were invalid, the total efficiency was 94.0%. Conclusion:according to the actual situation, comprehensive conservative treatment nursing plan, set up a complete system of acute lumbar disc herniation, helps to improve therapeutic effect and rehabilitation level.
