目的:探讨对骨科手术室外来器械实行规范化管理的效果.方法:将对骨科手术室外来器械进行规范化管理的前后作为对照组和研究组,对比两组器械的可追溯情况及主刀医生对器械使用的满意度.结果:研究组可追溯情况及主刀医生的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对骨科手术室外来器械实行规范化管理能有效保证灭菌效果,提高对器械使用的满意度,为患者的救治提供保障.

Objective:To investigate the effects of extraneous instruments implementing standardized management in orthopedic op-eration room. Methods:They were divided into study group, because of implementing the standardized management of extraneous instruments in orthopedic operation room, and control group. The traceability of instruments and satisfaction of surgeon were com-pared between two groups. Results:The traceability of instruments and satisfaction of surgeon in study group were both superior to those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of standardized management can effectively ensure the steriliza-tion effects of extraneous appliance in orthopedic operation room, improve satisfaction of instruments, and provide guarantee for the treatment of patients.
