目的:探讨呼吸内科重症患者的临床护理方法,为呼吸内科重症患者的护理提供参考思路.方法:通过比较呼吸内科重症监护病房患者和普通病房住院治疗的重症患者的治疗效果,分析不同的护理力度对患者病情控制的影响.结果:观察组的总有效率、抢救成功率高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:加强护理人员对护理的认识,做好急救策略和预防措施,能提高救治的成功率,降低患者死亡率.

Objective:To study the clinical nursing methods of the critical patients with respiratory medicine, providing reference for the nursing of respiratory medicine in severe cases. Methods:The curative effects of critical patients with respiratory medicine in ICU and general ward were compared, and the impact of different nursing strength for condition control were analyzed. Results:The total effective rate and success rate of observation group were higher than those of control group, but mortality was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthening the nursing cognition of nursing staff and improving emergency strategy and prevention measures can enhance success rate of treatment and reduce the mortality of patients.
