综合性医院住院病人的评价是对医疗服务质量的最终衡量,在进行满意度调查的时候,调查的内容应涉及面广泛.满意度调查的同时,通过病人的反馈可直接增强责任护士的责任心与工作积极性,为科室更好地进行工作提供改进措施与依据,提高优质护理服务质量.因此,我们改进了“以病人为核心、以质量为关键、以服务为重点、以满意为目的”的病人满意度调查内容,获得了病人的真正心声,从而提高了护理质量和护理服务水平,扩大病人收容量,不断培养病人的忠诚度,实现医院的持续健康发展.

In-patients evaluation of comprehensive hospital is the ultimate measure of the quality of medical services, while conduct-ing satisfaction survey, investigation content should cover a wide range. In the meantime of satisfaction survey, the feedbacks from the patients can directly enhance the enthusiasm of the work and responsibility of nurses, provide improved measures and evidence for the department to do better work, and improve high quality nursing service. Therefore, we improved the patient satisfaction sur-vey content,"Patients as the core, quality as the key, service as the focus and satisfaction as the goal", obtained the real heart of pa-tients, so as to improve the nursing quality and service level, to expand the capacity of patients, improve patient loyalty, realize the sustained and healthy development of the hospital.
