目的:探讨行再次剖宫产的产妇其子宫切口的处理方法及效果.方法:将100例进行再次剖宫产的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组切口采用钝性处理,观察组采用锐性处理,对比两组产妇的出血量、手术时间及损伤情况.结果:观察组产妇的出血量及手术时间均少于对照组,撕裂伤发生率、新生儿窒息率及膀胱损伤率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在二次剖宫产中,子宫切口处理时应注意选择合适的处理方式,锐性处理对于行再次剖宫产的产妇具有明显的效果,能有效缩短手术时间和降低出血量,减少损伤的发生,值得推广.

Objective:To investigate the processing methods and effects on uterine incision of puerperae with second cesarean section. Methods:100 cases of puerperae with cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the incision of control group adopted blunt processing, while observation group adopted acute processing, to compare the maternal bleeding volume, operation duration and damage condition of two groups. Results:The maternal bleeding volume and operation duration of observation group were both lower than those of control group, the inci-dence of laceration, neonatal asphyxia and bladder injury in observation group were all lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the second cesarean section, it should be paid attention to select the proper processing methods while processing uterine incision, there are obvious ef-fects on acute processing of puerperae with second cesarean section, which can effectively shorten the operation duration and reduce the amount of bleeding, to decrease the incidence of injury, being worthy of promotion.
