目的:探讨功能性电刺激(FES)结合减重步行训练(PBWSTT)对脑卒中偏瘫患者步态与步行能力的影响.方法:将100例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组.4组均进行常规的康复训练,其中A、B、C组则分别另加FES结合PBWSTT、FES、PBWSTT,比较4组患者FMA评分和步态参数的变化.结果:4组患者的FMA评分、MWS、SL均较治疗前增加,SLD较治疗前减少(P<0.05);而A组优于B、C、D组(P<0.05),B、C组优于D组(P<0.05),B、C组之间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:FES结合PBWSTT能显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的步态与步行能力.

Objective:To investigate the effects of functional electrical stimulation (FES) combined with partial body weight support treadmill train-ing (PBWSTT) on gait and walking ability of stroke hemiparesis patients. Methods:100 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into group A, B, C and D. Both 4 groups received routine rehabilitation therapy, group A, B and C were respectively added with FES combined with PBWSTT, FES and PBWSTT, to compare FMA scores and changes of gait parameters in 4 groups. Results:FMA scores, MWS, SL of 4 groups were higher than those before treatment, while SLD was lower (P<0.05);and group A was better than group B, C and D (P<0.05), group B and C were bet-ter than group D (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between group B and C (P>0.05). Conclusion:FES combined with PBWSTT can sig-nificantly improve the gait and walking ability of stroke hemiplegia patients.
