目的:在辨证分型的基础上,调查贝尔麻痹患者的中医体质分类,为临床防治提供客观的科学依据.方法:对150例患者进行辨证分型后,采用《中医体质分类与判定表》调查中医体质分类.结果:150例患者中风寒袭络型45例、气虚血瘀型45例、风热中络型32例、风痰阻络型28例;9种中医体质类型中气虚质34例、阳虚质30例、湿热质23例、血瘀质19例、气郁质15例、平和质13例、痰湿质8例、阴虚质7例、特禀质1例.九种体质类型与贝尔麻痹证型的列联系数C=0.674.结论:150例患者的中医证型和体质类型关联性较强,气虚质可以认为是广州市花都区贝尔麻痹的易感体质,应高度重视预防该病的发生,并应在治疗及护理中加以重视.

Objective:To provide objective scientific proof for clinical prevention and treatment, by investigating constitution classification of Chi-nese medicine on patients with Bell’s palsy based on syndrome differentiation. Methods:After the symptoms differentiation of 150 patients, classifi-cation of Chinese medicine constitution was investigated by adopting Constitution Classification of Chinese Medicine and Evaluation Form. Results:Among 150 cases of patients, there were 45 cases of wind-cold attacking collaterals type, 45 cases of qi-deficiency and blood stasis and 32 cases of wind-heat attacking collaterals type, 28 cases of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals type;with 9 constitution types of Chinese medicine, qi-deficiency constitution was 34 cases, yang-deficiency constitution was 30 cases, damp and heat constitution was 23 cases, blood stasis constitution was 19 cas-es, qi-depression constitution was 15 cases, normal constitution was 13 cases, phlegm-dampness constitution was 8 cases, yin-deficiency constitution was 7 cases, special constitution was 1 case. Contingency coefficient was 0.674 between 9 types of constitution and syndrome type of Bell’s palsy. Conclusion:There is strong correlation between Chinese medicine syndrome and constitution type among 150 patients, qi-deficiency constitution is considered as susceptible constitution of Bell’s palsy in Huadu district of Guangzhou, which should be paid high attention to preventing the occur-rence of the disease and its treatment and nursing care.
