目的:探讨老年COPD患者予卡泊芬净治疗侵袭性肺部真菌感染的效果.方法:36例COPD老年患者使用卡泊芬净治疗后观察效果.结果:13例痊愈,15例显效,6例进步,2例无效,总有效率是77.78%.结论:卡泊芬净治疗老年COPD患者合并侵袭性肺部真菌感染安全有效.

@@@@Objective:To investigate the effects of COPD elderly patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections treated with caspofungin. Meth-ods:After 36 cases of COPD elderly patients were treated with caspofungin, the effects were observed. Results:13 cases were cured, 15 cases mark-edly effective, 6 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, and the total efficiency of 77.78%. Conclusion: Caspofungin treating COPD elderly patients complicated with invasive pulmonary fungal infection is safe and effective.
