研究了X80钢在不同淬火温度后的组织和力学性能的变化.结果表明,淬火温度为1000℃时,X80钢的奥氏体晶粒严重粗化,导致粗板条贝氏体铁素体的产生,致使X80钢的强度升高、韧性和硬度严重降低;当淬火温度为930℃,并辅以适当的回火处理,可以使X80钢获得以细小针状铁素体为主的组织,从而获得良好的硬度、强度、塑性和韧性的配合.
研究瞭X80鋼在不同淬火溫度後的組織和力學性能的變化.結果錶明,淬火溫度為1000℃時,X80鋼的奧氏體晶粒嚴重粗化,導緻粗闆條貝氏體鐵素體的產生,緻使X80鋼的彊度升高、韌性和硬度嚴重降低;噹淬火溫度為930℃,併輔以適噹的迴火處理,可以使X80鋼穫得以細小針狀鐵素體為主的組織,從而穫得良好的硬度、彊度、塑性和韌性的配閤.
연구료X80강재불동쉬화온도후적조직화역학성능적변화.결과표명,쉬화온도위1000℃시,X80강적오씨체정립엄중조화,도치조판조패씨체철소체적산생,치사X80강적강도승고、인성화경도엄중강저;당쉬화온도위930℃,병보이괄당적회화처리,가이사X80강획득이세소침상철소체위주적조직,종이획득량호적경도、강도、소성화인성적배합.
@@@@The mechanical properties’ changes of X80 steel at different quenching temperature were studied. The results showed that when the quenching temperature is 1000℃,X80 Austenite grain coarsening is serious,leading to the production of coarse lath bainite ferrite,the increased strength of X80 steel,and a serious reduction of toughness and hardness. When the quenching temperature is 930 ℃,and assisted by the appropriate temperatures,the small needle-like ferrite-based organizations of X80 steel can be maked,to obtain good match of hardness,strength, ductility and toughness.
