目的:研究六月青多糖的提取工艺与六月青多糖对酒精(Alcohol)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法:以酒精灌胃小鼠,建立急性酒精性肝损伤模型, LYQPS 灌胃给药,检测小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性以及肝组织中超氧化歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性与谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,观察光镜下肝组织的病理变化.结果:LYQPS降低ALT,AST的活性(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05),LYQPS降低GSH的含量(P﹤0.01),升高 GSH-PX, SOD 的活性,能够减轻肝细胞损伤程度.结论:六月青对酒精致小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用.

목적:연구륙월청다당적제취공예여륙월청다당대주정(Alcohol)소치소서급성간손상적보호작용.방법:이주정관위소서,건립급성주정성간손상모형, LYQPS 관위급약,검측소서혈청중병안산안기전이매(ALT),천동안산안기전이매(AST)활성이급간조직중초양화기화매(SOD),곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-PX)적활성여곡광감태(GSH)적함량,관찰광경하간조직적병리변화.결과:LYQPS강저ALT,AST적활성(P﹤0.01혹P﹤0.05),LYQPS강저GSH적함량(P﹤0.01),승고 GSH-PX, SOD 적활성,능구감경간세포손상정도.결론:륙월청대주정치소서급성간손상유일정적보호작용.
Objective: To study the separation and purification of Liuyueqing Polysaccharide (LYQPS) active ingredient and protect effect against liver injury induced by ethanol in mice. Method: The acute liver injury model was prepared by the intraperitoneal injection by ethanol. The activity of alanin aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxide (GSH-PX),the content of glutathione (GSH) in liver tissue, observed under light microscope pathological changes in liver tissue of mice. Result: Reduced the activity of ALT, AST (P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01) in serum , reduced the content of GSH(P﹤0.01), increased the activity of SOD, GSH-PX in liver tissue by LYQPS. Conclusion: LYQPS to acute liver injury by ancohol in mice have a protective effect.
