目的:探讨黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法:57例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予氧疗、强心利尿、限盐限水、纠正电解质紊乱等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予黄芪注射液40ml 加入0.9%氯化钠250ml 中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用2周,比较2组治疗后的临床疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组相比差异有显著性,P﹤O.05.结论:常规治疗配合黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭效果优于单纯常规治疗.
목적:탐토황기주사액치료만성심력쇠갈적림상료효.방법:57례만성심력쇠갈환자수궤분위량조,대조조환자급여양료、강심이뇨、한염한수、규정전해질문란등상규치료,치료조재대조조치료적기출상급여황기주사액40ml 가입0.9%록화납250ml 중정맥적주,매일1차,련용2주,비교2조치료후적림상료효.결과:치료조총유효솔여대조조상비차이유현저성,P﹤O.05.결론:상규치료배합황기주사액치료만성심력쇠갈효과우우단순상규치료.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Astragalus Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 57 patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group of 29cases and control group of 28 cases.The control group was given conventional therapy, and the treatment group based on the control group was added with the Astragalus Injection,Every day once, continued two weeks.The clinical effect in the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rates of treatment group was significant higher than the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with Astragalus Injection was significantly better than the group of conventional therapy with the clinic treatment effectiveness.
