目的探讨不同应急止血方法治疗难以控制的牙龈出血的临床疗效.方法共纳入52例难以控制的牙龈出血患者,平均分为两组,A 组给予手工龈上龈下洁治术,并给与患者口服抗菌素治疗;B 组给与患者明胶海绵压迫止血,并给与患者口服抗菌药+止血药物治疗.结果给与手工龈上龈下洁治术及口服抗菌素的患者疗效明显优于给与压迫止血及口服抗菌药+止血药物的患者,总有效率分别为92.3%及80.8%,差异比较有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论给与手工龈上龈下洁治术及口服抗菌素的患者疗效明显优于给与压迫止血及口服抗菌药+止血药物的患者,对于急性难治性牙龈出血的患者可以行牙周洁治术止血治疗,值得临床推广应用.

Objective Explore different emergency treatment method to control bleeding gums bleeding in the clinical curative effect. Methods Participants included 52 cases were difficult to control gums bleeding patients, average divided into two groups, group A manual on it to give it clean governance under operation, and give patients oral antibiotics treatment;Group B give patients gelatin sponge oppression stop bleeding, and give patients oral antibiotic + hemostatic drug therapy. Results Give manual on it it was under to clean and oral antibiotics of the patients had better effects than give oppression bleeding and oral antibiotic drugs patients + bleeding, the total effective rate was 92.3% and 80.8%, respectively, are statisticaly significant differences between (P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion Give manual on it it was under to clean and oral antibiotics of the patients had better effects than give oppression bleeding and oral antibiotic drugs patients + bleeding, refractory for acute gum bleeds of patients could be done for periodontal clean operation hemostatic treatment, and clinical application.
