目的对款冬花蜜炙前后挥发油中化学成分的变化进行定性定量分析,为探讨其炮制原理提供实验基础.方法采用传统的水蒸气蒸馏法提取款冬花及其蜜炙品中的挥发油,并应用气质联用(GC-MS)技术分析所提取的挥发油化学成分.结果蜜炙前后共有的化合物20种,蜜炙后有11种化合物未被检出,新检出6种化合物;9种化合物蜜炙后相对含量增加,11种化合物相对含量减少.结论蜜炙不仅可使款冬花的挥发油发生量的变化,也能使其发生质的变化,这为款冬花炮制后药性改变和不同的临床应用研究提供了一定的理论依据.

Objective Analysis the change of components in the volatile oil of Flos Farfarae before and after stir-fried with honey to provide experimental data for discussing the principle of stir-fried with honey . Methods Extracted the volatile oil of Flos Farfarae before and after stir-fried with honey by Steam distilation , then analysis the extractions by GC-MS. Results 20 kinds of components in volatile Oil of Flos Farfarae before and after after stir-fried with honey were the same,11species were not detected after stir-fried with honey , but there are 6 kinds of new detection. 9 kinds of the relative contents increased ,11 kinds decreased. Conclusion There is a big difference between the components in the volatile oil after stir-fried with honey, and the content of the components also have changed . This artical may offer some theoretical evidences for drug property transform and different clinical application on Flos Farfarae after stir-fried with honey .
