对于难治性产后出血介入治疗,可以使用髂内动脉或选择性子宫动脉栓塞术进行止血,通过临床36例患者可以看出,马上就能止血的28例,出血量明显减少的4例,由于伤口感染引发晚期产后流血进行的子宫切除手术的两例,子宫切除以后阴道还出现流血的病人2例,通过介入治疗,都取得较好效果.可以看出,难治性产后出血介入治疗止血时间长久,止血快,有很好的疗效,还不影响生育,尤其对产后出血保守治疗没有效果的,运用此疗法较为有效.
