目的探讨磁共振三维快速自旋回波(sampling perfection with application-optimized contrasts by using different flip angle evolutions,SPACE)序列对显示腰骶神经根及其病变的价值.资料与方法采用1.5T磁共振行常规扫描后,另加3D SPACE技术作冠状面腰骶部神经根成像13例,所有3D原始图像均经最大信号强度投影(MIP)后处理.结果13例SPACE序列成像病例中,患者均有腰椎间盘突出症,3D SPACE原始图像能很好的显示神经根的形态、走行及受突出的椎间盘压迫情况,MIP重建图像能多方位观察神经根.结论 SPACE序列对显示腰骶神经根部位及病变具有独特优势,优于常规序列,为临床诊治腰骶神经根病变提供满意的影像学依据.

Materials and methods USES the 1.5 T mri routine scan, plus a 3 d SPACE technology for coronal lumbosacral nerve root of 13 cases of imaging, al 3 d original image by the maximum signal intensity projection (MIP) post-processing. Results 13 cases imaging SPACE sequence, patients with lumbar disc disease, 3 d SPACE, the original image can be a very good show the morphology of nerve root, direction and oppressed by outstanding intervertebral disc and nerve root can be observed multidimensional MIP reconstruction images.Conclusion SPACE sequence of the display and lumbosacral nerve root lesions has a unique advantage, is superior to the conventional sequence, for the clinical treatment of lumbosacral nerve root lesions provide satisfactory imaging basis.
