目的建立准确测定替比夫定片含量的方法.方法以纯化水水为溶剂,采用分光光度法,在492nm波长处,以替比夫定为对照品测定替比夫定片的含量.结果替比夫定对照品在2μg~12μg?mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.60%,RSD为0.44%.结论该方法重现性好,结果准确可靠,并且可在不使用替比夫定对照品的状态下,准确、有效地测定替比夫定片的含量.

Objective To establish a method for determining content of telbivudine in telbivudine tablets. Methods Telbivudine tablets were determined by UV spectrophotometry using water as solvent.The determination wavelength was set at 492nm with telbivudine as reference. Results The test tiblivudine concentration was linear within in the range of 2~12μg/ml, r=0.9996.The average recovery rate was 99.60% and RSD was 0.44%.Conclusion The method is simple ,rapid and accrate.And it can be used without the reference of telbivudine.
