对油田CO2腐蚀机理及特征进行了分析.针对CO2注采油井的井下工况,对比分析了不同防腐工艺的优缺点,并从经济性和防腐效果两方面,设计并优选了不同的防腐工艺组合.研究结果表明:对于腐蚀环境恶劣、油藏注CO2开发周期长的井区,建议采用耐腐蚀合金油管;对于腐蚀环境程度不特别恶劣、油藏注CO2开发周期短的井区,使用普通碳钢油管加注缓蚀剂是较好的选择,也是目前我国大多数油田采用的CO2防腐措施.

In this paper, CO2 corrosion mechanism and characteristics in oilfields were analyzed. According to down hole conditions for CO2 injection wells, different corrosion processes were compared and optimized and were evaluated in the economic and antiseptic effect aspects. The results show that the use of corrosion-resistant alloy was recommended for harsh corrosive environment and long life time of CO2 flooding, and that ordinary carbon steel tubing filling corrosion inhibitor was a better choice for not particularly bad corrosive environment and short life time of CO2 flooding, which was also the choice for the corrosion protection of the most oilfields in China.
