In the analysis of water DOM concentration with dual wave band laser induced fluorescence, genetic algorithm can be applied to detach water Raman Signal and develop inversion equation of water DOM concentration. This experiment proved that this method is accurate and convenient, with less calculation and satisfactory application value.
