目的:总结两种不同的内固定方法在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用体会.方法:手术治疗85例股骨粗隆间骨折,其中应用锁定钢板(LPFP)48例(治疗组),DHS治疗37例(对照组).结果:全部病例获得随诊8~23个月,平均12.5个月,两组Haris髋关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但手术时间、手术出血量、下肢深静脉血栓形成并发症等方面治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:股骨近端锁定钢板(LPFP)固定技术具有操作简单、固定可靠、抗旋转、抗塌陷的特性,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法.

@@@@Objective:To summarize the application experience of the two different internal fixation methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the aged people. Method: 85 cases intertrochanteric fracture patients were treated,in which 48 cases were treated with the locking plate method (LPFP) in the treatment group,37 cases were treated with DHS in the control group.Result:All patients were followed up for 8-23 months with an average of 12.5 months.The differences were not statistically significant in the Haris hip function score excellent rate(P>0.05).However,the operative time,the loss of bleeding,lower limb deep vein thrombosis complications and other aspects of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The LPFP fixation technique has many characteristics such as simple,reliable fixation, anti-rotation and anti-collapse, which is an ideal method for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
