目的:探讨重症胸部闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗.方法:对180例重症胸部闭合性损伤的患者的诊断、治疗方法进行回顾性分析.结果:诊断胸部闭合性损伤吻合率100%,治愈151例(84%),死亡29例(16%).结论:大部分重症胸部闭合性损伤可以诊断并经非手术治疗及胸腔闭式引流治疗治愈;对血流动力学不稳定的患者及早剖胸探查预后好,有效治疗多脏器复合伤等并发症,能提高患者的生存率.
목적:탐토중증흉부폐합성손상적진단화치료.방법:대180례중증흉부폐합성손상적환자적진단、치료방법진행회고성분석.결과:진단흉부폐합성손상문합솔100%,치유151례(84%),사망29례(16%).결론:대부분중증흉부폐합성손상가이진단병경비수술치료급흉강폐식인류치료치유;대혈류동역학불은정적환자급조부흉탐사예후호,유효치료다장기복합상등병발증,능제고환자적생존솔.
@@@@Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of chest trauma.Method:The causes of injury,types of injure and treatmentin 180 patients with chest trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The rate of all patients diagnostic chest closed injury was 100%, Among them,151 cases were cured(84%)and 29 cases were dead(16%).Conclusion:The most severe chest blunt injury can be diagnosed and cured by non-surgical and closed thoracic drainage therapy;early exploratory thoracotomy prognosis is good,and effective treatment of combined injury multiple organ complications, can improve the survival rate.
