目的:探讨骨科手术并发症的防治原则.方法:选取本院132例骨科手术患者,分析所有患者的临床资料.并发症资料包括术前、术中并发症和相关治疗情况,将所有患者按照入院先后顺序随机平均分为临床症状组、实验室检查组与影像学检查组,并进行对照研究.结果:三组患者并发症不同方法确诊及治疗,临床症状组死亡率45.45%,明显高于实验室检查组的4.55%及影像学检查组的11.36%,且前者与后两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).此外,发生并发症的患者均存在高血压、心脏疾病和脑血管疾病等,这些疾病和术后并发症的发生有着密切联系.结论:骨科患者受接受手术治疗,脂肪栓塞出现再施行治疗的预后效果较好,并发症也较少;治疗时首先考虑对有脑血管病史的患者的治疗,也可以有效减少和预防术后并发症.

@@@@Objective:To explore the principles of prevention and treatment of orthopedic surgical complications.Method:Selected patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, and analysed clinical data for all patients.The complication including preoperative,intraoperative complications and treatment situation.Result:Diagnosis and treatment of complication of three groups were different , clinical symptom group the mortality rate was 45.45%, it was significantly higher than examination group 11.36% and imaging laboratory group 4.55%, and there was significant difference between the former and the later group(P<0.01).In addition,patients with complications were hypertension, heart disease and cerebrovascular disease, these diseases and postoperative complications were closely related.Conclusion:Orthopedic patients by undergoing surgery, fat embolism prognosis is better re-administering the treatment, fewer complications,treatment first showld consider the treatment of patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease, can also be effective in reducing and preventing postoperative complications.
