目的评价几种内固定方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法回顾分析2002至2011年256例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗,对手术方法及疗效进行分析.结果几种方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折各有利弊,其疗效与骨折类型、患者年龄及手术娴熟程度有关.结论各种内固定方法均有相应的适应证、针对患者具体情况选择适合的手术方法.

Objective?To evaluate the efficacy of several internal fixation methods for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The treatmental data of 256 cases of intertrochanteric fracture from 2002 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, of which the surgical methods and efficacy were analyzed especially. Results For intertrochanteric fracture, these different methods both have advantages and disadvantages, their curative effect were concerned with type of fracture, age of patients and surgical skill level. Conclusion Every internal fixation methods have its corresponding indications, we should choose appropriate surgical method according to the special circumstances of each case.
