目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的护理要点,减少不良反应的发生.方法回顾性分析NB-UVB治疗56例寻常型银屑病的临床资料和护理措施.结果 NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病患者中,治愈20例,显效29例,有效4例,无效3例,有效率达94.64%.并且相对较安全,不良反应少.主要的护理措施包括银屑病患者的心理护理,NB-UVB治疗过程的防护和治疗期间的观察、健康指导等.结论短期疗效满意,相对较安全,不良反应少.注重治疗过程的防护和健康指导可保证治疗效果.

Objective?Investigating the nursing points in narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data and nursing measures of NB-UVB treatment in 56 cases of psoriasis vulgaris. Result Among NB-UVB treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients, 20 cases were cured, 29 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid, the effective rate is 94.64%. NB-UVB is relatively safe, less adverse reactions. The main measures of care, include psychological care of psoriasis patients, NB-UVB protection and treatment during the observation of the course of treatment, and health guidance. Conclusion Short-term results were satisfactory and relatively safe, less adverse reactions. Focus on the protection of the course of treatment and health guidance to ensure that the treatment effect.
