目的?研究核因子kappa?B(nuclear?factor-kappa?B,NF-κB)与卵巢上皮癌(ovarian?epithelial?carcinoma,OEC)血管生成及复发的关系.方法?应用免疫组化方法检测36例OEC,15例卵巢良性肿瘤和15例正常卵巢组织微血管密度(Microvessel?density,MVD)?,碱性成纤维生长因子(basic?fibroblast?growth?factor,bFGF?)和NF-κB的表达.同时研究NF-κB?和?bFGF,?MVD关系及OEC患者1、3、5年复发率.结果?NF-κB在OEC中的阳性表达率显著高于良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织.在NF-κB阳性表达组,MVD和1、3、5年复发率显著高于NF-κB阴性组.NF-κB表达与MVD和bFGF表达正相关.结论?NF-κB可能通过上调bFGF的表达促进血管生成引起OEC的转移和复发.

Objective To investigate the relationship with angiogenesis and relapse of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)in ovarian epithelial carcinoma (OEC). Methods Microvessel density (MVD), expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF ) and NF-κB were investigated in 36 cases of OEC, 15 cases of ovarian benign tumor and 15 cases of normal ovarian specimens by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between the NF-κB and bFGF, MVD and relapse?rate?of?I?,?3?and?5?years?of?OEC?patients?were?also?studied.?Results Positive expression rate of NF-κB in OEC was significantly higher than that of benign tumor and normal ovarian tissue. In NF-κB positive expression group, MVD and relapse rate of 1, 3 and 5 years were significantly higher than those in NF-κB negative group. There were positive relationship between the expression of NF-κB and MVD. Conclusion NF-κB might promote angiogenesis through?up-regulating?bFGF?expression?and?cause?cancer?metastasis?and?relapse?in?OEC.
