上海市护理质控中心在探索管理沟通机制过程中,建立市、区二级无缝化的质控组织架构及横纵交叉的网格化管理模式,提出并实施管理沟通相关举措,以保障沟通渠道的畅通.管理沟通举措具体包括定期召开各种形式的会议、保障畅通的书面沟通双向传递及实现便捷沟通渠道.通过对其有效性、高效性和时效性的评价,初见管理沟通举措在促进护理质量持续改进工作中取得的显著成效,以期为今后护理质量的持续改进指明方向,并为护理质量持续改进的决策提供可靠依据.

Seamless quality control organization between municipal level and district level and criss-cross meshing management mode has been established during exploring management and communication mechanism in Shanghai Municipal nursing care quality control center. Countermeasures assuring smooth communication were implemented. Management and communication countermeasures include different types of communication meeting, assuring smooth bidirectional written communication. By the assessment of effectiveness, efficiency and timeliness, it shows management and communication can significantly improve nursing care quality continuous promotion. It gives a right way on continuous promotion nursing care quality and give evidence on nursing care quality sustainable improvement decision making.
