Scientific and standardized training management system is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of general practitioners’ rotating training. As a training base on general practitioners’ training, the 1st affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university has shaped a scientific and standardized faculty adviser system on general practitioners’ rotating training by selection, training, assessment and incentive faculty advisers, which has played an important role in safeguarding the general practitioner training.
