目的:通过对重庆某三甲医院开展新进人员岗前培训6年经验的总结,找出影响岗前培训效果的相关因素,并进一步完善医院对新进员工的岗前培训体系.方法:采用问卷方法对医院2007年-2012年参加岗前培训的新员工进行匿名调查,并使用Excel进行数据录入和统计.结果:培训学员对培训内容的总体满意度达到93.44%,对培训时间安排总体满意度达到83.19%,对培训教师的表现总体满意度达到94.81%.结论:新进人员岗前培训的内容设计、时间安排以及培训教师的表现等相关因素对培训效果有一定的影响,可以通过对这些因素的分析,帮助医院不断改进岗前培训安排,不断完善岗前培训体系.

Objectives: To find the related factors which influent the effects of pre-job training though the 6-year experiences of the pre-job training for the new staff in our hospital, and then further perfect the system of the pre-job training for the new staff in the hospital. Methods:Surveyed by anonymous questionnaire on the new-staff taking the pre-job training in our hospital during 2007 to 2012, and then input data into computer analysis by Excel. Results: 93.44% of the training staff was satisfied with the training contents; 83.19% was satisfied with the time arrangement; 94.81% was satisfied with the teachers' representation. Conclusions: The contents design, time arrangement, the teachers' representation of the pre-job training for the new staff and other relative factors are influence training effect. Though the analysis of these factors, hospital can improve the training arrangement and perfect the pre-job training system continuously.
