利用不锈钢高压釜产生压力,实现了 DMSO 快速插层高岭土,相比常规方法,缩短了反应时间.室温外电场作用下,高岭土-DMSO 插层复合物表现了铁电性,自发极化强度( Ps)约为0.14μC /cm2,偶极反转可能来自 DMSO分子在层间的相对位移.
利用不鏽鋼高壓釜產生壓力,實現瞭 DMSO 快速插層高嶺土,相比常規方法,縮短瞭反應時間.室溫外電場作用下,高嶺土-DMSO 插層複閤物錶現瞭鐵電性,自髮極化彊度( Ps)約為0.14μC /cm2,偶極反轉可能來自 DMSO分子在層間的相對位移.
