@@@@By means of autoclave improving reaction system pressure, the kaolinite -DMSO intercalated compound was syn-thesized in 6 hours, which takes much shorter time than other common ones.This intercalated compound appears typical ferroelec-tric at room temperature and the spontaneous polarization (Ps) is roughly estimated as 0.14μC /cm2 .It is possible dipole reversal of DMSO molecules by way of the orientation reversal of DMSO molecules under ac electric
