冰雪健身对高职院校学生促进身心健康、磨练品格、提升对生存环境的适应能力具有重要作用和独特价值.通过调查、访谈和文献研究等方法,开发冰雪健身课程是在充分利用黑龙江省得天独厚的冰雪资源的基础上,使传统的具有地方特色的体育活动与现代新兴的体育项目相结合,实现高职院校冰雪课程结构的重构,冰雪健身课程的开设是对高职院校体育教学的创新研究,将会较大地丰富课程内容、改善知识结构、注重创新教育、强化学生的能力培养和提升综合素质.

The ice -snow fitness has important effect and unique value for the students in higher vocational colleges to improve their physical and mental health, hone their character and enhance their environment a-daptability.With the methods of investigation, interview and literature research, it thinks the development of ice -snow fitness courses is based on making full use of the advantaged ice -snow resources in Heilongjiang province, and combines the traditional sports activities with local characteristics with the modern sports e-vents to realize the reconstruction of ice -snow courses structure in higher vocational colleges.The construc-tion of ice -snow fitness courses is an innovation of physical education in higher vocational colleges, will greatly enrich the teaching content, improve knowledge structure, pay attention to innovation education, strenthen the development of students’ abilities and comprehensive quality.
