汶川地震已经过去了五年之久,但其给我们带来的对建筑物抗震性能的警示仍然醒目.从建筑的勘探规划、设计选址到最后施工,每一个阶段都会影响到建筑的抗震能力.当前我国使用最为广泛的建筑形式就是砖混砌体,本文重点分析分析砖混砌体结构的抗震性能,从结构、设计及施工方面提出一些改善措施.

The Wenchuan earthquake has been happened five years, but the warning on the seismic performance of buildings which brings to us is stil eye-catching. From the exploration planning, design, location to final construction, each stage wil-l affect the seismic capacity of building. Current our country most widely used architectural form is the brick masonry, this paper focuses on the analysis of the seismic performance of brick masonry structure, and puts forward some countermeasu-res from the aspects of structure, design and construction.
