随着我国进入高等教育快速发展的时期,各大高校面临着越来越多的基建工程.传统的基建模式已经渐渐难以满足日益增长的新形势与新要求.目前,以“代建制”为主要模式的高校基建尚未在高校中普及.本文拟分析和梳理高等院校在基建工程中引入代建制模式的必要性与可行性,阐述完善和推广代建制的策略与方法.

Along with our country entering the period of rapid development of higher education, universities are facing more and more infrastructure projects. The traditional construction mode has been difficult to meet the new situation and new req-uirements of growing. At present, the infrastructure to“const-ruction agent system” as the main pat ern is not universal in col eges and universities. In this paper, the author analyzes an-d arranges the necessity and feasibility of institutions of higher learning into agent-construction model in the construction pro-ject, expounds the improvement and promotion strategy and method of agent construction system.
