施工进度控制作为建筑工程项目的核心环节之一,是工程项目按照合同工期要求竣工的前提条件.本文结合笔者多年工作经验,重点对大型住宅建设项目群进度控制的难点进行分析,并围绕项目进度的编制过程、监测方法、调整及协调方法这几方面提出了一系列的控制措施,旨在确保项目进度目标的实现.

As a core part of the construction project, construc-tion progress control is a prerequisite for the project in accor-dance with the contract time limit for completion. Combined with the author's many years of work experience, based on the analysis on the difficult group schedule control large-scale res-idential construction project, it puts forward a series of control measures of these aspects and focus on the project schedule the compilation process, monitoring method, adjustment and coor-dination method, to ensure that project implementation of tar-get.
