本文结合了 MBR 污水处理工艺的特点,重点论述了污水厂自控系统的设计.基于新型的控制网路结构,在确保工控信号传输质量的前提下,实现了工业控制网络、工业视频监控网络及工厂信息综合管理网络的“三网合一”,为污水厂控制系统的设计与建设提出了新的思路.

Based on the characteristics of MBR wastewater tr-eatment process, this paper discusses the design of the autom-atic control system of sewage treatment plant. Controlling net-work structure model based on the control signal transmission, in ensuring quality, realizes the industrial control network, Ind-ustrial video surveil ance network and plant information man-agement network “triple play”, puts forward a new way of thi-nking for the design and construction of control system in sew-age treatment plant.
