This article puts the framework of duration analysis in the bond pricing to introduce the analysis of the economic benefits of the engineering project, taking into account the soc-ial costs of environmental pol ution at the same time, and anal-yzes the economic benefits of the project the reclaim of funds, which made the analysis of engineering project economic ben-efits with dynamic and effectiveness.
