This paper for the construction units in the highway project construction safety management problems and the imp-ortance of safety management, analyzes the causes of problems of safety management. It summarizes the safety management of common problems in the highway projects, and finds out the reason related to the safety management of project constructio-n unit vulnerability from many aspects, proposes the correspo-nding strategy.
