本文从电梯的安装要求以及存在的问题分析开始,提出在安装过程中要根据现场具体情况编制(设计)的安装工艺文件,以及支架安装前应先对混凝土构件表面进行平整、除去表面粉刷层和异物的建议,祛除电梯导轨安装过程中存在的安全隐患.

This paper starts from the requirements of elevator instal ation and analysis of existing problem, puts forward the advises that during the installation process should according to the specific situation to format (design) for the instal ation pro-cess documentation, and before support instal ation should first smooth on the surface of concrete structures, remove the surf-ace layer of paint and foreign advice, removing the potential safety problems in the process of elevator guide rail mounting.
