以大理学院素质拓展训练实践为例,发现素质拓展训练能有效提升大学生的心理素质,是大学生发展性心理健康教育的有效途径.可针对不同年级的学生身心发展的一般特点和规律,构建以环境适应期、问题多发期、情感冲突期、择业求职期为主题的大学生心理素质拓展课程体系.

Taking the quality development training of Dali University as an example,this study argues that the quality development training can effectively improve the psychological quality of college students. It is an effective way of the developmental psychological health education. According to different grades of college students' physical and psychological characteristics, we can construct the environmental adaptation period, problem-prone period, emotional conflict period, job-hunting period as the theme of the college students' psychological quality development training curriculum system .
