针对印刷电路板图像颜色种类较少,色彩不连续且边界变化较快,并且焊盘层和碳路层与背景颜色差别较大,而线路层和背景颜色比较接近的特征,提出了一种阈值分割方法.该方法基于HSI颜色空间,针对不同对象进行分割时,根据其特点,采用不同的方法计算阈值进行分割.
針對印刷電路闆圖像顏色種類較少,色綵不連續且邊界變化較快,併且銲盤層和碳路層與揹景顏色差彆較大,而線路層和揹景顏色比較接近的特徵,提齣瞭一種閾值分割方法.該方法基于HSI顏色空間,針對不同對象進行分割時,根據其特點,採用不同的方法計算閾值進行分割.

@@@@According to the characteristics of PCB that color types of PCB image is relatively less, the color is discontinuous and its boundary varies rapidly, moreover, the color of welding layer and carbon circuit layer is different from its background color, and the color of circuit layer is similar to that of the background, a adaptive threshold segment method is brought out. This method is based on HSI color space, and selects different features as the main feature to adaptive threshold segment when segmenting different lay?ers.
