The counter is widely used in digital system’s basic logic devices.This article mainly introduced based on the synchronous 74 ls160 decimal counter,Zero feedback method is applied to implement the design method of the N base counter.Method of the N base counter.And application of EWB to the simulation of the designed circuit,the simulation results show that the counter design can fulfill the requirements of the N into the system of technical features.
