本文给出了一种以STC89C54RD为控制核心的高精度自动电阻测试仪的设计,系统量程为10Ω到10MΩ,具有自动切换量程和自动筛选的功能.采用恒流测压以及恒压测流相结合的方法,同时采用高精度运放OP07及精密电阻确保测试电路测量的精度.为了避免高阻测试时的工频干扰,采用12位的高速AD574进行模数转换,既保证测量速度又达到了数字滤波的效果.此外,本文还阐述了整个系统的误差来源以及减少误差、提高精度的办法.

This paper presents the design of STC89C54RD as the control core high-precision resistance tester,the system range from 10Ω to 10MΩ,with autoranging and AutoFilter function.Using a combination of methods the constant current manometry as well as the constant pressure flow measurement,while using high-precision operational amplifier OP07 and precision resistors to ensure the accuracy of the test circuit measurements.In order to avoid the high impedance test frequency interference,12-bit high-speed the AD574 analog-to-digital conversion,both to ensure measurement speed and reach of digital filtering effect.Additionally,this article describes the sources of error of the entire system and reduce errors, improve the accuracy of the approach.
