The effective combination of information technology and music teaching can make every student can enjoy the fun of music creation,make full use of various teaching resources,teachers provide, related knowledge of music through the use of learned,students can give full play to their imagination and creativity,so as to create music,in learning process to fully enjoy the joy of creation,effectively improve the quality of teaching in the teaching of music.This paper mainly discusses the method of music teaching with information technology and music teaching characteristics and role of information technology environment improvement measures.
