研究南海红树林内生真菌Gx-4b的代谢产物.采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构.从南海红树林内生真菌Gx-4b的菌体中分离得到4个代谢产物.经波谱解析,分别为1,4-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-7-methylanthracene-9,10-dione (1),3,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisochromen-1-one (2),8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisochromen-1-one(3),3-hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxy-6-methylheptan-2-yl)benzoic acid(4).所有化合物均首次从南海红树林内生真菌Gx-4b中分离得到.

Secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus No · Gx-4b from the south China sea was studied. The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basia of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Four metabolites were obtained and elucidated as1,4-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-7-methylanthracene-9,10-dione (1), 3,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisochromen-1-one (2), 8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroisochromen-1-one(3),3-hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxy-6-methylheptan-2-yl)benzoic acid(4). The four metabolites were obtained from endophytic fungus No · Gx-4b for the first time.
