以乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(pH=5.6)为介质,过氧化氢在微量Cu(Ⅱ)的催化作用下,氧化邻氨基酚显色,显色程度与Cu(Ⅱ)含量成正比.方法的最大吸收波长为463nm,在冰水浴中反应10min,Cu(Ⅱ)含量在0~10μg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为A=0.007c+0.0129.此方法用于污水中微量铜的测定,RSD为3.21%(n=6),加标回收率在90.6%~109.9%之间.
以乙痠-乙痠鈉緩遲溶液(pH=5.6)為介質,過氧化氫在微量Cu(Ⅱ)的催化作用下,氧化鄰氨基酚顯色,顯色程度與Cu(Ⅱ)含量成正比.方法的最大吸收波長為463nm,在冰水浴中反應10min,Cu(Ⅱ)含量在0~10μg·mL-1範圍內呈線性關繫,迴歸方程為A=0.007c+0.0129.此方法用于汙水中微量銅的測定,RSD為3.21%(n=6),加標迴收率在90.6%~109.9%之間.

Under the catalysis of trace Cu(Ⅱ), the o-aminophenol was oxided to color by hydrogen peroxide in the acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution medium(pH=5.6).The maximum absorption wavelength of this method was at 463nm and the reaction time was 10 min in the ice-water bath. A linear relationship of Cu(Ⅱ) was established in the range of 0~10μg/mL. The regression equation of calibration curve was A=0.007c+0.0129.This method was used to determine the trace copper in the polluted water, the RSD was 3.21%(n=6) and the recovery of standard addition was between 90.6%~109.9%.
