利用微波消解样品,并采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了样品中锌、铜、铁等10种微量元素的含量.结果表明,样品溶解充分,消解效果好;各待测元素的工作曲线相关系数(r)在0.99990~0.99998之间,最小检出限为0.002μg·mL-1,加标回收率在93.00%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在1.33%~4.17%之间,方法快速、准确,高效,可多元素同时测定.

10 trace elements (Zn,Cu,Fe,etc.) for the human body in auricularia auricula were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with microwave digestion. The results showed that the samples were dissolved sufficiently,and the digestion effect was ideal. The correlation coefficients of the working curves for the determined elements were 0.99990~0.99998,the detection limit was 0.002μg/mL,the recovery of standard addition was 93.00%~110.0%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD,n=6) was 1.33%~4.17%. This method was rapid,accurate with high efficient,and it could determine multielements at the same time.
